WordPress Photo Challenge: Focus
On the way to the South Padre Island this past weekend I asked my husband to stop so that I could take a picture of a tree that I see every time we pass by, which is often because we live an hour or so away. He did not stop because we were on the opposite side of the road, but he promised he would stop on the way back.
On the way back he stopped so that I could take a picture of the tree. There are many trees like it here in South Texas, and they can be seen on residential areas, towering above most other trees in front and back yards. This one has always caught my attention because it is much smaller than most of I have seen, and because it has fewer green leaves.
When I read the challenge I immediately thought about this next picture. I normally don’t keep blurry pictures, but I really like the way this one came out so I decided to keep it. It is of my daughter dancing as Clara in a production of The Nutcracker in 2007.
